It said the solution was to upgrade my firmware.. but i got all new firmware, do u just add it to the flash drive, and it sill open and install itself? Why other companies are not using a similar approach is a mystery to me. I know I turn it off. It worked fine the first two days, but then I transferred an audio tape directly into it and now it won't play any music.
