Mine is creative Mp3 muvo and my pc couldnt find it anymore, then what i did.. I downloaded it, and tried formatting my player. Solution was to go to creative website, choose downloads, choose the correct model, save the "firmware" file in a directory you can easily find. Continue to hold PLAY for 10 seconds.
