Ignore any further requests from Windows to restart your PC. I got the problem just before backing it up. Let us know if you do not find the driver you need. I faced the same problem last month(Jan-2006) on my Creative MuVO TX FM 512MB which i used for about 1 year without any problems except for the inherent voice recording bug. I downloaded the firmware and everything was sorted.
