I've been looking around the Creative site with no luck and customer service just bailed out on a me a couple weeks ago. Use Rear USB ports no hubs,try another USB cord. To uninstall Windows Media Player 11: You must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group to perform the following procedure. I don't have them all backed up...at least not in one place that would be easy to reload.

I tried various USB ports on the computer. The original installation CD bundled with the product is not certified for Windows 7 although there may seem to be no technical glitch during the installation process. But you'll need more info on the system for help. But when I plug in my Zen, it still shows an exclimation on the Device Manager.
