So I had to use my old XP laptob for loading new music on my Nomad. Creative Zen Driver I am still a fan of creative hardware but quite dissapointed how they treated existing owners. this is truly shocking behaviour by Creative though!

That's why I'm going back and trying to rescue my Jukebox. I am grateful for this, I hate Creative for not doing this themselves, it's their responsbility to look after their customers!! I too upgraded to a Dell Quad Core using Vista after Christmas. Bugs? The user can control the synchronisation process completely. After Vista recognized it, I restarted the Zen and it worked fine.
